4. Bookings and Payments 4.1 Boat Tours and Fishing Charters: Reservations must be made through our booking system (Bookeo). Payment is required at check-in. We do not reserve resources until the first booking is confirmed.
5. Family Packages 5.1 Family packages for boat tours and fishing charters are available from May to November. 5.2 Only one paying member per family is required for eligibility. 5.3 These packages are non-transferable and subject to availability.
6. Food and Beverages 6.1 Customers are allowed to bring their own food and drinks on board to enjoy more economical pricing. 6.2 Optional food and beverage purchases are available upon request.
7. Cancellations and Refunds 7.1 Boat Tours and Charters: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full refund. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable. 7.2 Weather Conditions: In case of bad weather, we may reschedule or issue a full refund.
8. Liability Disclaimer We are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during our services. Customers participate at their own risk and must follow all safety guidelines.
9. Privacy Policy We collect and store personal information only for order fulfillment and bookings. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Customer Eligibility We welcome customers from various regions based on our operational capacity, legal requirements, and service availability. While we primarily serve customers from (USA, UNITED KINGDOM, AUSTRALIA, IRELAND , FRANCE, SWEDEN , NETHERLANDS, NORWAY , NEW ZEALAND) we may not be able to accommodate bookings from certain locations due to logistical, regulatory, or safety concerns.
