CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT

The Company has the following cancellation policy:

  • If the cancellation notice is received 7 days or more before the reserved date, the Client will receive a 100% refund.

  • If the cancellation notice is received 5 days or less before the reserved date, the Client will not be entitled to any refund.

NO-SHOW POLICY

If the Client fails to show up on the reserved date without prior cancellation, the Company reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for the full amount of the booking.

CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY

The Company may cancel an activity if circumstances beyond its control make it impossible or unsafe to proceed, such as bad weather conditions or force majeure. In such cases, the Client will receive a full refund.

In case of bad weather conditions or other last-minute factors, the Company may propose to reschedule the cruise/service. It is up to the Client to accept or decline the new date. If the Client cannot attend the rescheduled date, they will be entitled to a full refund.
